Palgrave MacMillan has re-published Social Quality: From Theory to Indicators (2012) as an e-book via SpringerLink. The availability of this milestone publication on social quality has been limited for a number of years, so this new form of publication is more than welcome. You can choose to buy the complete book, but separate chapters are also offered.
This book is the key reference point for the continuing spread and adoption of the concept of social quality. It develops the theoretical foundations of social quality and locates it within the main theoretical frameworks of (western) social science. The editors are Laurent van der Maesen (IASQ) and Alan Walker (University of Sheffield).
